Kiss Cam Live on the Streets of NYC

What if we brought the beloved tradition to the streets of NYC?

You may be familiar with the “kiss cam” from sports games and concerts. But what if we brought the beloved tradition out of the stadium to the streets of NYC?

Watch the Case Study

For Valentine’s Day we partnered with Cosmopolitan and developed an experiential concept to amplify their Love Issue as the magazine hit newsstands.

Our goal was simple: create spontaneous moments of love, laughter, and connection in real time.

We rented a "video billboard” truck that usually plays prerecorded ads and built a first-of-its-kind mobile broadcast studio inside.

The reactions were pure magic. We threw up some custom animated overlays on the fly, and crowds literally started cheering for strangers on the street.

We started by creating a 3D model to precisely plan the build, developed custom rigging to roof-mount our robotic cameras, and wired up a fully functioning live-switching control room.

As we drove through iconic locations like Columbus Circle and Times Square, our crew searched the sidewalks for couples, tracked them in real time, and instantly flashed them onto the massive screens on all sides of the truck.

Thanks to the incredible crew (we all kissed right after this photo was taken)!

We’re always looking for our next creative challenge. What’s your next “impossible” idea? We’d love to help bring it to life.
